This document describes what data Alma Co. receives through the website and how it is processed. The final wording is approved by the company's legal counsel.
Through the website form we receive a name, company name, phone or email, a task description and an attached file if you add one.
We also record technical details of the visit: the page of the request, date and time, and anonymised browser data.
The data is used to reply to your request, prepare a proposal and correspond about the project.
We do not use contacts for mailings you have not subscribed to and do not pass them to third parties for advertising.
Requests are stored in Alma Co. corporate mail and internal systems. Access is limited to employees involved in handling the request.
The retention period is limited to the time required to work on the request, unless the law requires otherwise.
You can request information about the processing of your data, its correction or deletion.

The site uses only technical cookies required for the interface to work — for example, to remember the selected theme and language.
Analytics and advertising cookies will only be added after separate approval and an update of this document.
